Just an observation – Unique

It’s not often that you find someone who shares exactly the same views as you. In-fact we as humans were created to be unique, granted some of us have the same qualities and character traits but everyone has a different mixture of them making them, you, perfectly unique.

We strive so often to be different and yet a lot of us yearn to fit in. In this contradiction we step out into the world being perfectly unique in our own right but striving to be our own version of uniqueness, through fashion, style, attitude. Hiding our true selves as we are moulded into trend and stereotype.

One person on this planet was nothing like this, he was and is purely unique, true to himself and encouraged people to be like him. But wait, if he encouraged others to be like him, how can he be unique?

He was… unique in sinlessness, selflessness, lovliness, honesty, grace, peace, patience and so much more. I’m talking about a guy who was fully man whilst being fully God, Jesus Christ.

Jesus was sent into the world to bridge the gap between us and God and to encourage us to live better lives. So if we take something from life lets look beyond the things we want, the material things and remember the reason that we’re here.

Jesus is loving, he doesn’t care about what you wear, who you hang out with, how much you’ve failed, he just wants you to involve him in your life… Come to him with your problems!

You’re allowed to have problems people, he’s just waiting for you to bring them to him so he can work through them with you.

Remember you’re loved, loved for no reason whatsoever, loved…. just because!

So go and be yourself with God.
